We are a second generation, 100% Irish-owned family business based in the centre of Limerick since 1967.
From the beginning, we have been outward-looking and forward-reaching, travelling the world to find the best technology, materials, and partnerships, and bringing the results back to our clients in Ireland.
What has never changed is the personal approach. Every project we take on gets the same attention: listening carefully, understanding the brief, and delivering work that performs.

Our Story
From Print Shop to Creative Studio
Six decades of growth, investment, and craft rooted in Limerick, working across Ireland.

Where We Started
In 1967, two Limerick businesses, Provincial Copying & Printing and General Business Machines, began serving the city from Sarsfield Street and The Crescent. By 1970, they had merged and moved to Henry Street, combining offset printing with large format capability.

How We Grew
We have never stopped investing. Large format digital printing arrived in 1996. A Swedish partnership for exhibition and display followed in 1998. Technology partnerships with HP and Canon came next. Each step brought new capability back to our clients.

Where We Are Today
From Munster Hall in Limerick's Georgian Quarter, Studio GBM now operates across print, exhibition, signage, wallcoverings, and branded environments — serving some of Ireland's most recognised organisations.

OUR HOME
Munster Hall, Limerick
Studio GBM has been based at Munster Hall on Lower Hartstonge Street since the early 1970s. The building itself is a piece of Limerick history a Victorian-era tin tabernacle in the heart of the city's Georgian Quarter, now home to one of Ireland's longest-established creative studios. It's where briefs are taken, ideas are developed, and work is produced. Clients are always welcome.
