How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Our standard retention periods are:

  • Financial and transaction records (invoices, orders, payment records): 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.
  • Customer records (contact and order history): for the duration of our relationship with you and for 6 years after your last transaction.
  • Enquiries and quotations that do not proceed to an order: 2 years.
  • Marketing contacts (newsletter and marketing sign-ups): until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, with consent reviewed periodically.
  • Website analytics data: in line with the retention settings of our analytics tools, typically no longer than 14 months.
