- Financial and transaction records (invoices, orders, payment records): 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.
- Customer records (contact and order history): for the duration of our relationship with you and for 6 years after your last transaction.
- Enquiries and quotations that do not proceed to an order: 2 years.
- Marketing contacts (newsletter and marketing sign-ups): until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, with consent reviewed periodically.
- Website analytics data: in line with the retention settings of our analytics tools, typically no longer than 14 months.
Your Rights
