A Full Creative Fit-Out for DHL at Thomond Park
At Studio GBM, we believe a brand should be more than just a logo. It should be an experience. That is exactly what we delivered in our latest project: a bold and immersive fit-out for DHL’s corporate box at Thomond Park, the iconic home of Munster Rugby.
DHL wanted a space that reflected their global presence, strong partnership with rugby and vibrant brand identity, something that would stand out to clients, partners and fans alike. Our team stepped up with a full creative fit-out, transforming the room into a striking brand environment that is as functional as it is unforgettable.
Wall Art and Custom Decals
From the moment you walk in, the space speaks DHL. We installed large-scale wall art and custom decals, turning blank surfaces into storytelling tools. Each graphic was designed to evoke motion, speed and connection, aligning perfectly with DHL’s role as the logistics leader behind major international sporting events.
Grass-Effect Flooring: A Nod to the Pitch
We did not stop at visuals. To bring an extra layer of energy and uniqueness, we replaced the traditional flooring with grass-effect carpet, a nod to the iconic pitch outside. This playful yet practical detail ties the room directly to the sporting world, making it feel grounded in Thomond Park’s heritage.
A Custom-Built Lightbox
One of the standout features is the custom-built lightbox, casting a vibrant glow that reinforces DHL’s iconic yellow and red palette. The lightbox acts as both a focal point and a subtle branding tool, elevating the room’s atmosphere with warmth and brightness.
Brand Identity in Every Detail
Every design choice, from the colour schemes to the textures, was made with brand identity in mind. This was not just about decorating a space. It was about creating an environment where DHL’s values, energy and professionalism come to life.
